Clear Creek Animal Hospital offers several kinds of sedation to ensure your pet is comfortable during their procedure with us. If our team is able to avoid administering general anesthesia for your pet's procedure, we will do so by using injectable sedation medications. Blood work is required of these patients to screen for any abnormalities before chemical sedation is administered.
Common procedures that require Small to Moderate sedation:
Fine Needle Aspirate
Cryogenic Mass or Skin Tag Removal
If your pet requires sedation for other reasons, such as behavior or travel, we are here to answer any questions you may have. Please call 303-424-1314 if you feel your pet needs sedation for any reason.
